In this video Aoi San visits one of Myanmar’s greatest chefs – Ye Htut Win – owner of Sharkys restaurants and judge on the TV cooking show – MasterChef. Ye Htut Win is well known for his high standards and passion for food which has led him to independently craft a range of produce such as salt, bread and cheese among many others. In this video he tells us about his life experiences, his views on Myanmar, the response to his judging on Masterchef and his passion for Burmese food.
